What will be my download and upload speed?

Why do my photos appear at the Recently Uploaded images at home page?

If you do not want your recently uploaded photos to appear at Recently Uploaded images section you must disable " Allow public access to my files ". When you allow public access to your files, your files will also be viewed and found with a random file search. To keep your files 100% private you must disable public access.

What if i have not received my activation email?

Firstly, make sure you check your junk mail folders and settings. If you have not received the confirmation email, log in to your frozen account and you will have the option to resend the activation to your email account.

What is Hercules Uploader?

With Hercules uploader you are able to automate your daily backups and save all your important files. It comes with a set of features that will save you time and reduce the hassle in having to manually back up your files. Simply set the date and time you want your files to be automatically uploaded. Hercules is currently available ONLY in Windows platform.

Is it free to download?

Hercules Uploader is free to download and use as long you are signed up on any of our two plans.

How do i upload files with Hercules?

There are 3 ways to upload files using Hercules.

Drag and drop files or entire folders from your desktop directly to Hercules
Select the directory where your files are located ( left side of Hercules ) and drag them to Hercules
Select the directory where your files are located ( left side of Hercules ) , right click on the file and select " Upload "

How can i sell my files?

Everyone can now sell his/her files at Orbitfiles.com. Service is still on beta stage so we keep adding features. To sell a file go to " My Account " and enable " File selling ability " . Make sure you read terms of selling files carefully and accept them. Then go to " My storage " and click '' Share " on any file you want to sell. Fill in the price of the file and its billing period. At this stage only individual files can be sold.

How do i upgrade to Zeus Plan?

Once you log in with your Free account you must make a deposit via paypal.com or egold.com. Then go to " My Account " and select the Zeus Plan to upgrade to

How can i change my existing password?

How do i add my profile photo on my account?

Firstly, make sure you upload your photo at your " storage " then go to " my account " and you can select the photo that you want to appear at your public profile. Confirm that by using your password and pressing " submit "

Do I need to download any software to access my account?

Orbitfiles.com does not require any software in order to access your account; you simply need Internet Access from any PC at any location.

Which Browsers are supported?

Orbitfiles.com is thoroughly tested to work in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox. More to be added soon.

How to search public files or users?

You can search files that are publicly accessible as well as Orbitfiles users at http://www.orbitfiles.com/search

What is the use of " Allow public access to my files " ?

By enabling public access to your files, your files will be published at your personal webfiles page at http://username.orbitfiles.com . Doing so, you are able to give to your friends your personal webfiles page url, so they can see all your files if you have enabled public access.

What is maximum file size i can upload at once? Is there limit in the bandwidth used?

The maximum file size to be uploaded for Platon Plan users is 100mb. Zeus users can upload unlimited file sizes using both ways.

You can upload unlimited size files from your desktop using Hercules Uploader. There is no limit in the bandwidth used for both cases.

What if i do not want to receive any newsletter or promotional offers from Orbitfiles.com?

What is “Non – Direct Downloading “?

Non direct downloading allows your files’ visitors to view your files but with limitations and landing page.

What is “Direct Downloading “?

With Direct Downloading, your files’ visitors can view your files without any limitations or landing page.

How to get “Direct Downloading “ for my files’ visitors?

You need to buy traffic. Log in and go to “My account “, first make sure you deposit funds to your account and then you will be able to buy 1gig of traffic for just $3

For how long will my files be stored at Orbitfiles.com Servers?

All your files will be stored at our servers for ever.

What kind of files can i upload at my account?

With the 6000MB free space of file storage there is plenty of space to upload any kind of files such as, documents, movies, MP3s, presentations, photos and many more. With our advanced features you can share your files easily with friends and colleagues. You can also drag and drop entire folders at Hercules and save time.

Can i share my files with many recipients?

Yes you can, simply add as many recipients' email addresses as you want at the " send to " box when you want to share a file. Make sure you put (,) between them.

How many plans does Orbitfiles offer?

Orbitfiles offers 2 plans to choose from. Platon comes with 6000 MB of space and it 100% free to sign up and Zeus with unlimited storage for just $5/month.

How can i update my account information?

Log in, go to " My account " and CONFIRM CHANGES with your existing password. Even if you want to change your password you must then type your existing password to confirm changes.

What kind of payment method do you accept?

Payments for Zeus plan are now proccessed with Paypal.com or Egold.com.

Is it secure to upload files on Orbitfiles.com?

Orbitfiles is using Comodo Group Service to provide a reliable and secure platform. File uploads can be encrypted if you use Hercules. During logging in check the option " Use SSL ". To upload files securely from our website go to https://www.orbitfiles.com

Can I access my account over my cell phone or PDA?
