Selling Files Terms

You can now sell your files at Orbitfiles.com and earn cash! To enable file selling log in, and go to " My Account " , then enable " File selling ability " and check the terms of selling files ( Make sure your read them carefully ) To set selling price for a file go to " My storage " and click on the icon " Share " . You will be able to set a price per file and billing period. Selling folders ability will be available in next releases.

When you decide to sell your files at the Orbitfiles.com Marketplace you accept the following terms:

Orbitfiles.com only provides services to people interested in selling and buying files online. We do not have control over the files that are posted for sale therefore, we cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of a said files. We are not responsible for the actions the sellers takes, before, during, and after the sale of files, typographical errors, mis-prints, loss of money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to Orbitfiles.com file selling marketplace
Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'

Fees:

Selling your files at Orbitfiles.com Marketplace is subject to the following fees:

• Listing a file or a folder for sale   -     $0

• Commission on the sale        -        2% of the selling price

Orbitfiles.com CANNOT and WILL NOT be held responsible for any files sold at the marketplace. Orbitfiles.com may delete any files that do not meet the following terms IF an official “ Abuse File Report “ is received.

Personal information is not sold, rented, without your permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a file bought or sold on the marketplace is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication concerning the file (s) sold.

Restricted activities - Your Information (or any items listed) and your activities on the site shall not:

1. be false, inaccurate or misleading;
2. be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen files;
3. infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
4. violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising);
5. be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
6. be obscene or contain child pornography or, if otherwise adult in nature or harmful to minors, shall be posted only in the Mature Audiences section and shall be distributed only to people legally permitted to receive such content;
7. contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
8. create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers; and
9. link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of files or services that:
   1. are prohibited under this Agreement;
   2. are identical to other items you have up for
   3. are concurrently listed for sale on a Web site other than Orbitfiles.com Marketplace (this does not prevent linking to or advertising an Orbitfiles.com item from another Web site); or you do not have a right to link to or include

Orbitfiles.com has the right to remove any files and delete permanently any user that does not meet the above stated terms.
