Steps to create a backup

TIP: Hercules CANNOT BACKUP system folders of your PC. System Folders are predetermined folders found on your system, that is Program Files, Favourites, My Documents etc.. Simply create a NEW folder and put in all your files you want to backup.

1.      Login to Hercules

2.      Go to Backup

3.      Press Button Add Folder to Backup

4.      Select Desired folder to backup from your PC

5.      Wait till folder is updated by the system

6.      To initiate backup at any time simply press Backup

7.      Hercules performs automated backups every hour

8.      Go to Storage to see your backedup files

9.      Refresh after every action

Steps to Restore Files

1.      Go to Backup tab

2.      Click on Back in time at the folder you want to restore

3.      System shows history of backup sessions

4.      Select backup session you want to restore - This gives you the opportunity to go back in all sessions of backup history in case you mistakenly deleted some files.

5.      Wait till files are restored to your PC

Steps to upload files or folders with Hercules

1.      Login to Hercules

2.      Go to Storage

3.      Drag a folder or a file from your PC desktop or click upload a file or upload a folder

4.      Select file or folder and wait

5.      Folder or file is uploaded

Steps to download, delete, rename, share files or folders with Hercules

1.      Login to Hercules

2.      Go to Storage

3.      Right click on the file you want to perform an action

4.      List of actions Is shown

5.      Select appropriate action
